Gisele Intimates Review

Although the website is hard to navigate, due to the fact that its all written in Portuguese, the lingerie is an absolute standout. The feminine designs and delicate lace lingerie is breathtaking. The lace and satin designs is both unique and sophisticated and is what makes Gisele Intimates a fashion forward and innovative brand.

My favorite collection entitled ‘Midnight’ is an extremely sensual and feminine, this bold collection is the key point for women seeking pieces with different modeling and modern look. Made predominantly in black and white the collections are to die for.

Most of the collections are made up of full coverage bras, ranging from sweet to sexy.

The ranges are affordable, ranging from around $50-$300. 

My personal favorite of all the ranges is this, the unique mix of black lace with the little golden tassel detailing. With a slight push up, this bra looks extremely comfortable mainly due to its use of stretch lace.

Adding a bit of color to the mix, the ‘Desiree’ collection brings different shaped bralettes to the mix. Featuring the classic ‘U-shape’, triangle, as well as the traditional balconnet bra these different shapes add variety and opportunity.

The one thing, which I really like about Gisele Intimates, is that every collection shows variety, from G-strings, to garters, to night gowns, to bras - each collection shows a large amount of variety. Good for everyone like me who likes to have a matching set!

La Perla Review

When attempting to save money, it can seem almost impossible to do so unless you have something to motivate you. Some people save for a holiday, a date, next black tie function, that new range of skin care… I on the other hand am quite different in that sense.

La Perla is a beautiful brand which has beyond perfect designs. Recently represented by the lovely Cara Delevingne, La Perla is the perfect brand for “feature” pieces within your lingerie collection. Although the brand is considered extremely pricy ranging from around $100-$800 I consider it great motivation to save as the designs and functionality is faultless.

At the mid-range price of  $238.00 this gorgeous blue push-up bra is equip with double stretch adjustable straps. The cups are embellished with elegant embroidery made from cordonnet thread on tulle. Details: microfibre sides and removable padding. Ultra-light materials combined with stretch LYCRA® creates a comfortable fit and perfect wearability. Absolutely amazing, especially the color!

At the lower price $ 198.00 this impeccable triangle bra is characterized by a mix of lace and nude tulle on cups decorative stud in the middle. So beautiful and comfortable.  The functions of this bra also include the back hooking and adjustable stretch straps.

Now for the expensive feature bras… starting at a price of $603.00

This set is exclusive with an elegant and modern design. This garment is made up of two bras: one made from soft boning covered in silk satin that sits over a basic style bra with pre-formed cups and removable straps.

La Perla is the perfect balance of sweet laces, sexy structures and varieties of coverage. The ranges are divided up into bras for comfort and aesthetically pleasing feature items to be worn by themselves without clothing.

I am a firm believer in lingerie is for both sexes, although women commonly use lingerie to impress or surprise their partners I believe it can also be used in order to treat ones self.

Ladies saving up for this brand is well worth it!

Supermodel and businesswoman Elle Macpherson is the founder and creative director of Elle Macpherson Intimates, this amazing and feminine brand was created in 1990. In my opinion this brand has perfectly pushed the boundaries on provocative glamour and sex-appeal since their establishment 20 years ago. The brand caters for women of all ages, of all types and of all shapes and sizes. These intimates are both affordable and the collections are extremely diverse ranging from around $50-$200 which gives girls the option on how much they want to spend.

The diverse collections range from sweet to sexy, from lacy to basic, and from block colors to unique combinations of color, prints and fabric.

At an extremely affordable $59.95, this bra is an absolute steal! This amazing set features both functunal and aesthetic aspects that aim to build your confidence and enhance your overall sex appeal.  Known as the ‘Lush Bloom Plunge Boost bra’ it enhances your cleavage using moulded contour cups covered in silver satin and classic red lace.

At a heftier price of $119.95 this gorgeous bra is extremely sexy. Made with high quality lace, this set is one of my favorites. This bra combines sexy cut-out detailing with feminine floral lace, perfect for casual and intimate occasions.

After looking at their collections for hours on end, Elle Macpherson Intimates have become one of my faverotes. Both extremely comfortable and aesthetic, the intimates remain affordable and a joy to wear.

The perfect combination of sexy, comfort and sweet. I have always been a massive fan of this brand; their predominately lacy designs are so perfect for every occasion.

I first discovered Pleasure State back in 2011 and have been attached to the brand ever since. The collects are both high quality and affordable whilst remaining unique, which in my opinion is a hard combination to find these days. 

One of my favorite things about the brand is that within a single collection, many different shapes and styles are explored creating a diverse range for the buyer to chose from. For example:

Pleasure State's playful Blissfulness Contour Balconnet Bra at an extremely affordable $39.95 – a gorgeous shape that suits many as it provides support for all cup sizes.  This particular Balconnet Bra is a combination of soft stretch satin and cotton ribbon slot lace all wrapped up in a satin bow.

When compared to the Contour Balconnet Bra, Pleasure State’s White Label Layla Belle Underwire Bra draws inspiration from the Pleasure State archive with its high-rised full coverage shape. Featuring delicate, crystal yarn scalloped lace, spliced with contrast satin pieces and Swarovski crystal element buckles and bow. My personal favorite thing about this bra is the thick bust-band, which doesn't cut your back off as much as a smaller bust band, feels more secure too! This look can be completed with lacy matching brief, thong, cami and french knicker – absolutely gorgeous and extremely affordable at a price of $69.95
